Every day, they create the magic of your spa experience. It would be too tedious to introduce each of them to you. Head of the Beauty Care Department

Calm and attentive, she watches over her team as she watches over her clients' skin—with great attention to detail and a lot of heart. Even though she faces a significant challenge in this role she recently took on, she does so with a natural grace and quiet strength that inspire confidence. In Kariane's expert hands, your skin will feel... simply revitalized🌿✨

Laurie-Anne

Team Leader ++ Customer Service

It's hard to imagine Spa Bolton without Laurie-Anne. Her smile, kindness, and incredible expertise bring a unique light to each day. A light that she perhaps draws from the many candles she passionately collects. Always there when it counts, she embodies the team spirit and human warmth that make the Spa one big family. 🕯️💛

Jennifer

Supervisor, Operations and Customer Experience

Jen is our jack-of-all-trades, our “Madame Blancheville,” our eagle eyes and our heart of gold all rolled into one. Always on the lookout for the smallest detail, she ensures that every client enjoys a royal experience—and she carries out this mission with passion and rigor. Always there to listen, encourage, and support the team, Jennifer embodies the energetic kindness that keeps Spa Bolton running smoothly, harmoniously... and always with a touch of magic. ✨💛

Her favorite thing about the spa ❤️ The polar bath right after spending 10 minutes in one of our three saunas. It feels so good, it's crazy!

Bruno

Supervisor, Outdoor Maintenance

Bruno is the quiet force behind Spa Bolton... with a laugh that you would recognize anywhere! A master of procedures and processes, he ensures that everything is done by the book. Methodical and rigorous, he loves a job well done—but behind this precision lies a big heart that is always ready to help, troubleshoot, and support the team. Thanks to him, our environment remains as impeccable as it is welcoming, and our days are a little brighter. 🌞💪

Head of Interior Maintenance

Célie is our sensitive soul, our big-hearted esoteric, our trooper who is always ready to jump into action when needed. She feels things, people, the energy of places—and that may be why every space she touches seems to breathe a little more harmony. Her kind presence and intuition make her a precious guardian of the calm and serenity that inhabit the Bolton Spa. 🌙✨

Supervisor, Massage Therapy

Leanne is an iron fist... in a leather glove! 💪😄 Determined, frank, and confident, she knows exactly what she wants (and what she doesn't want). She manages her team with rigor and assurance, while constantly seeking balance and harmony in the turmoil of everyday life. And behind this quiet strength lies a great dog lover, a passionate person who is deeply committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly for her team and clients.🐾💚
