On-duty Supervisor, Customer Service
PART-TIME AND FULL TIME POSITIONS
We’re looking for a customer service supervisor with a unifying leadership style—someone who can manage day-to-day operations with precision while fostering an atmosphere of trust, calm, and professionalism. You inspire your team. You bring the Spa Bolton experience to life—one interaction at a time.
Exterior maintenance
Evening shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (7 days on, 7 days off). The employee is responsible for maintaining the outdoor facilities and ensuring the exceptional water quality of the spa’s various pools. He or she keeps the outdoor area clean at all times and ensures that guests are satisfied and that the relaxing atmosphere is maintained.
Massage therapist
Spa Bolton is looking to expand its team of massage therapists in order to respond to the growing demand.

Customer service representative
This position reports to the Operation manager.
The representative provides customer service to our guests and is responsible for responding to various requests for information, welcoming guests and handling the various activities offered by Spa Bolton (treatment reservations, access to baths, subscriptions, promotions, etc.)
Esthetician
An esthetician offers a wide variety of beauty treatments to bring our guests to a perfect comfort and relaxation state. Client consulting and sales are an important mission for estheticians.
Spa master
This position reports to the exterior maintenance team supervisor. The employee ensures a constant presence on site to meet customer needs and maintain the atmosphere of the Spa. Responsibilities include noise management, maintaining cleanliness, site security, respecting internal policies, supporting the maintenance team, and carrying out water quality tests.
Comfort experience attendant
This position reports to the confort experience Supervisor.
The attendant ensures maintenance and cleanliness of the interior site at all times and makes sure that customers are satisfied and able to fully relax.
