CANCELATION POLICY – MASSAGES AND BEAUTY TREATMENTS
Any cancellation for massages or beauty treatments is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment. Passing this period, cancellation fees up to $80 plus taxes will be charged on your credit card. For any treatment with a value under $80, the total treatment’s fee will be charged.
Cancellations must be done by phone by mentioning every treatment involved.
MINIMUM AGE
Spa access, Massage Therapy and Beauty Treatments are available for children aged 12 and over. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times.
Parent-child events: Spa Bolton welcomes children from 7 to 11 years old on selected dates, find out more about the Rise and Shine parent-child mornings.
PURCHASING POLICY
Please read the specific details and conditions for each product sold on spabolton.com. In addition to these conditions, we honor the laws and regulations of the OPC. No refund, no cash value, non-transferable.
Prices displayed on the site
All our prices are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and before taxes. Spa Bolton displays and invoices in Canadian currency at all times. All our prices, unless otherwise stated, are expressed before taxes. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
ATTITUDE SPA POLICY:
Spa Bolton is a place of relaxation where clients must be aware of their behavior, for the well-being of all. When you choose Spa Bolton, you decide to respect the Spa’s code of conduct:
- Do not visit facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violators will be asked to leave the site without compensation or refund.
- Do not visit the facilities if your state of health does not allow it.
- Return all bathrobes, towels and padlocks lent. Failure to return these items may result in charges.
- Respect the silence areas on the site.
- Wear sandals at all times.
- Be vigilant when walking around.
- Remove jewelry and glasses before entering saunas.
- Leave valuable personal effects in the locker. Spa Bolton is not responsible for any breakage or loss.
- Glass containers and food are not permitted on site (except at the bistro and in the picnic area).
- Access to the river is at your own risk and we reserve the right to restrict its access in the event of bad weather conditions.
- Reading is allowed on your cell phone and iPads. However, no ringing, sound and vibration is tolerated throughout the site. Taking pictures is permitted only if your use does not interfere with the relaxation of other customers. Your photos should be taken in private and NO OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD BE IN YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. Of course, in order to maximize your relaxation, we suggest that you leave these items in your box in order to take advantage of your moment of rejuvenation.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate may be accompanied by a request to leave the site without compensation or reimbursement.
You hereby release Spa Bolton from all liability in the event of injuries, theft and falls. You also agree to abide by the Spa Bolton Code of Conduct.

Electronic ticket and resale
Any illegal resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Resale is grounds for cancellation without refund or other compensation. Tickets are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

The ticket may not be used for any advertising and / or promotion (including contests and lotteries) or sold without the prior written permission of Spa Bolton.
Eligibility
The thermal experience is not recommended for people with heart problems, high blood pressure, breathing problems, angina or diabetes.
It is strictly forbidden to consume any type of product containing alcohol, various drugs, including any derivative of cannabis and tobacco, on the site.
Spa Bolton reserves the right to inspect the bags and / or lockers of its visitors in the event of a reasonable doubt of possible violation of these regulations in the presence of the guest.
Access refusal and expulsion
Spa Bolton reserves the right to refuse or expel a guest that is considered to be acting against its code of ethics, values or behavioral etiquette. DELIVERY POLICY
If you wish to receive your gift cards by postal services, deliveries will be made through Canada Post for a $9 fee by gift card.
Deliveries are about 5 to 7 business days, not guaranteed by Canada Post.
